LEONARDO DRESSANO - Investor Relations

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), he has worked in the financial market since 2018. He has worked at prominent institutions such as Santander, C6 Bank, True Securitizadora and igc Partners.

He joined the IB segment in 2021, specializing in DCM, with a focus on investor relations and fundraising for leading companies in the real estate and agribusiness sectors.

In 2024, he was invited to join the BM Partners team to lead the Investor Relations area and fundraising for structured credit operations.

PEDRO GRZYWACZ - Founding Partner

Pedro Grzywacz is the founder and CEO of BM Partners BR.

He began his career at Banco Safra in the areas of guarantee reciprocity and credit analysis from 1988 to 2001. He led the M&As of family companies and the sale of stakes in businesses he created, such as Mundo Media SA, an AdServing and digital media intermediation startup, which received investments from the IP.COM fund in 1999.

Responsible for creating the Poderoso Timão – Corinthians Franchise Network (2008) and for developing the replica franchise model for various other football teams in Brazil.

Since the founding of BM Partners in 2020, he has been responsible for the strategic leadership of the company, including team coordination, development of business strategies for clients focused on value generation, and development of the Structured Credit and Real Estate areas. Additionally, he coordinates BM’s legal area, ensuring alignment between business objectives and legal practices.

With a track record of success in strategic negotiations, he led the sale of RB Benefícios to Edenred/Ticket and acted as a central point in the relationship with The Coca-Cola Company during the sale of Verde Campo to EMMI. He commanded the restructuring of Subway’s business model with the consequent negotiation of sale to South Rock and many others.

Pedro studied business administration at FEA-USP.

ROBERTO SIDI - Founding Partner

Roberto Sidi is Co-founder and CEO of BM Partners USA.

Roberto has worked as a global specialist in mergers and acquisitions for over 20 years, focusing on the American and Brazilian markets.

Mr. Sidi developed a solid business network early in his career, which blossomed into a network of the world’s wealthiest professionals across a variety of industries. These industries include, but are not limited to, mining, retail, real estate, health and wellness, technology, and agriculture.Among Roberto’s achievements in M&A is facilitating capital and credit transactions exceeding US$5 billion.

Notable clients include Coca-Cola, Subway, Billor, RB Benefícios, Valda, Credpago, Carlos Wizard, Hub Fintech, Qualidoc, Regenera Biotech, Ferragens Negrão, and many others.

Mr. Sidi has lived in 12 countries on 3 continents and speaks 5 languages.

Although its business is anchored in the United States and Brazil, its ever-growing network spans the globe.

Roberto received his degree in International Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

MARCELO DORNELAS - Partner and Head of Real Estate

Marcelo Dornelas is Head of Real Estate at BM Partners.

He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market, beginning his career as a consultant at Abyara Planejamento Imobiliário in 1997, a company where he worked for 12 years, becoming Director of Development in the South region and leading launches that totaled R$ 1.2 billion in GDV during this period.

In 2010, he joined BTG Pactual, prospecting residential business for the development fund. After three years, he moved to Segma (ARC), where he focused on land acquisitions and real estate operations.

After 10 years at Segma, structuring business for the Permuta ARC FII fund and leading the Real Estate division.

SAMY MESNIK - Partner and Head of M&A

Samy Mesnik is Head of M&A at BM Partners.

He has solid experience in M&A transactions on both buy-side and sell-side, having worked at Pluxee/Sodexo Group, KPTL Venture Capital, and Safra Investment Bank. Among the transactions he led, Samy worked in the technology, agribusiness, education, retail, fintech, and financial services sectors.

Samy holds a PhD from FGV EAESP and Toulouse Business School, a master’s degree from FGV EESP, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from ESPM, in addition to having various finance certifications and academic awards granted by Anpad, FGV EESP, and CFA Society.

With over 16 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financial and strategic planning.

Marcos Feldman - M&A

Marcos Feldman is Partner M&A at BM Partners.

He played a key role in the initial structuring of a Joint Venture with Marchon Eyewear (NY, USA), one of the world’s leading eyewear companies and a member of the American insurance group VSP (CA, USA), holding a 50% stake and serving as CEO for 14 years (1996-2010).

He was responsible for the development and distribution of high-value eyewear lines (sunglasses and prescription glasses), including Calvin Klein, Nike, Fendi, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, among others.

Marcos has served as a Board Member at major internationally recognized companies, including HStern, Osklen, and Óticas Carol, among others.

He acted as M&A Consultant in the sale of Óticas Carol to the British fund 3i, and subsequently in the sale to Luxottica (the Italian group and global leader in eyewear manufacturing and retail) for R$ 500 million.

Roberto Belluzzo - Partner

Roberto Belluzzo is partner at BM Partners.

Graduated in Law from USP, with solid experience and professional practice in M&A, Corporate Law, Banking, Capital Markets, and Real Estate. He is a specialist in corporate law from PUC-SP.
He completed the LLM – Financial Market taught by IBMEC São Paulo and Executive LLM in Corporate Law from CEU Law School. Several times nominated by Análise Advocacia 500 magazine and other publications as one of Brazil’s most admired lawyers in his areas of practice.

Roberto has advised national and foreign companies in diverse segments for local or international transactions, and in financial and capital market operations with a focus on structured debt.

His practice includes advisory in corporate planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and spin-offs, structured operations via public or private placements, loan agreements, debentures, promissory notes, issuance of securities or debt in Brazil and/or abroad.

MATHEUS FINOTTI - M&A

He has worked in strategic consulting and has been working with M&A advisory for over 3 years in Brazil.

Raised over R$1 billion for clients across a range of sectors, including corporate benefits, food, franchising, and education. One of those responsible for the largest transaction in the corporate benefits sector in Brazil in 2024 with the sale of RB Benefícios to the Edenred Group – Ticket.

He has worked in the retail, financial, healthcare, technology, industry, insurance, education, services, and other sectors.

Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School – USP

VICTOR MAZZOLANI - M&A

He worked at a real estate development company and financial restructuring consultancy and has been providing mergers and acquisitions advice for over 5 years. During his M&A career, he has worked on projects in various sectors such as healthcare, dairy, entertainment, car dealerships, EMS, pillow and food industries, logistics operators and franchising.

More recently, he worked on the sale of Verde Campo, a company belonging to The Coca-Cola System, to Laticínios Porto Alegre, a company belonging to the Swiss Emmi Group.

Pedro Grzywacz is the founder and CEO of BM Partners BR.
