PEDRO GRZYWACZ - Founding Partner

Pedro é o fundador e CEO da BM Partners, Iniciou sua carreira no Banco Safra nas áreas de reciprocidade de garantias e de análise de crédito de 1988 à 2001. Encabeçou os M&As das empresas da família e a venda de participações em negócios que criou, como a Mundo Media SA, startup de AdServing e intermediação de mídia digital, que recebeu investimentos do fundo IP.COM em 1999. 

Responsável pela criação da Rede de Franquias Poderoso Timão – Corinthians (2008) e pelo desenvolvimento do modelo de franquias de replicados para diversos outros times de futebol do Brasil. 

Até a fundação da BM Partners em 2020, é responsável pela liderança estratégica da empresa, incluindo a coordenação das equipes, o desenvolvimento de estratégias de negócios para clientes com foco na geração de valor, e a estruturação das áreas de Crédito Estruturado e Real Estate. Além disso, coordena a área jurídica da BM, garantindo alinhamento entre os objetivos empresariais e as práticas legais.  

Com um histórico de sucesso em negociações estratégicas, liderou a venda da RB Benefícios para a Edenred/Ticket e atuou como ponto central no relacionamento com The Coca-Cola Company durante a venda da Verde Campo para a EMMI, Comandou a reestruturação do modelo de negócios da Subway com a consequente negociação de venda para a South Rock e muitos outros.

Pedro recebeu sua formação em administração de empresas pela (FEA-USP.).

ROBERTO SIDI - Founding Partner

Roberto é Co-fundador e CEO, atuou como especialista global em fusões e aquisições por mais de 20 anos, com foco nos mercados americano e brasileiro. 

O Sr. Sidi desenvolveu uma sólida rede de negócios no início de sua carreira, que floresceu em uma rede dos profissionais mais ricos do mundo em diversas indústrias. Essas indústrias incluem, mas não se limitam a, mineração, varejo, imóveis, saúde e bem-estar, tecnologia e agricultura. 

Entre as conquistas de Roberto em Fusões e Aquisições está a facilitação de transações de capital e crédito que ultrapassam US$ 5 bilhões. 

Clientes notáveis incluem Coca-Cola, Subway, Billor, RB Benefícios, Valda, Credpago, Carlos Wizard, Hub Fintech, Qualidoc, Regenera Biotech, Ferragens Negrão, e muitos outros. 

Ele vem de uma família de empreendedores, o que alimentou sua paixão por negócios e inovação.

O Sr. Sidi já morou em 12 países em 3 continentes e fala 5 idiomas.

PEDRO GRZYWACZ - Founding Partner

Pedro is the founder and CEO of BM Partners. He began his career at Banco Safra in the areas of guarantee reciprocity and credit analysis from 1988 to 2001. He led the M&A of family companies and the sale of stakes in businesses he created, such as Mundo Media SA, an AdServing and digital media intermediation startup, which received investments from the IP.COM fund in 1999.

Responsible for the creation of the Poderoso Timão – Corinthians Franchise Network (2008) and for the development of the replica franchise model for several other football teams in Brazil.

Until BM Partners was founded in 2020, he was responsible for the firm’s strategic leadership, including coordinating teams, developing business strategies for clients focused on value creation, and structuring the Structured Credit and Real Estate divisions. He also coordinates BM’s legal department, ensuring alignment between business objectives and legal practices.

With a successful track record in strategic negotiations, he led the sale of RB Benefícios to Edenred/Ticket and acted as a central point in the relationship with The Coca-Cola Company during the sale of Verde Campo to EMMI. He led the restructuring of Subway’s business model with the consequent negotiation of the sale to South Rock and many others.

Pedro received his degree in business administration from (FEA-USP).

Roberto is Co-founder and CEO, and has worked as a global M&A specialist for over 20 years, focusing on the US and Brazilian markets.

Mr. Sidi developed a solid business network early in his career, which blossomed into a network of the world’s wealthiest professionals across a variety of industries. These industries include, but are not limited to, mining, retail, real estate, health and wellness, technology, and agriculture.

Among Roberto’s achievements in M&A is facilitating capital and credit transactions exceeding US$5 billion.

Notable clients include Coca-Cola, Subway, Billor, RB Benefícios, Valda, Credpago, Carlos Wizard, Hub Fintech, Qualidoc, Regenera Biotech, Ferragens Negrão, and many others.

He comes from a family of entrepreneurs, which fueled his passion for business and innovation.

Mr. Sidi has lived in 12 countries on 3 continents and speaks 5 languages.

Roberto received his degree in International Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Although its business is anchored in the United States and Brazil, its ever-growing network spans the globe.
